  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Chocolate – 60 g
  • Crushed nuts – 4 tbsp
  • Cured cherries – for decoration

  1. Combine softened butter with sugar.

  2. Beat butter with sugar until white. Divide the egg into white and yolk. Add the yolk to the dough.
  3. Beat the yolk with the oil mixture well until creamy. Add vanilla extract.
  4. Add flour and salt gradually.
  5. Knead soft and plastic dough. If it seems to you that there is not enough flour, add, but not too much. Put the dough in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
