Ingredients

  • 100 g cranberries, dried
  • 80 g chocolate, white
  • 150 g suar, brown
  • 135 g butter
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 190 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 pinches salt
  • ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C (convection).
  2. Roughly chop the chocolate and set aside for the time being.
  3. Mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, then add the egg and stir well.
  4. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt and slowly sift into the butter-sugar mixture, mix all ingredients well and then stir in the chopped chocolate and cranberries.
  5. Now line two baking sheets with parchment paper and place 5-6 piles of the dough on each sheet (please leave enough space).
  6. Bake on the middle rack for about 17 minutes.
