  • 1 egg (s)
  • 225 grams flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 200 g sweets, (mini smarties)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, cover 2 baking sheets with baking paper.
  2. Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg until frothy. Stir in the flour, baking soda and salt. Fold in smarties.
  3. Put small heaps on the tray with two teaspoons. The dough is quite firm and the cookies spread a lot during baking. So leave enough space!
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes. Immediately after baking, the cookies are very soft, but harden quickly.
  5. The smarties can also be replaced with chocolate chips, nuts, etc.
