- Orange juice – 120 Grams
- Honey – 100 Grams
- Cognac – 60 Grams
- Water – 200 Grams
- Flour – 700 Grams
- Baking powder – 2 Teaspoons
- Cinnamon – 1 To taste
- Nuts – 1 To taste

- First, mix all the ingredients, except for nuts and chocolate. Knead the dough. I recommend adding water last. My dough turned out to be too liquid, I had to add more flour.
- Form small rounds and bake in the oven at 175 degrees for half an hour. Leave to cool, sprinkle with nuts.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath, pour cookies over it. We decorate with the remains of nuts.
