  • Orange juice – 120 Grams
  • Honey – 100 Grams
  • Cognac – 60 Grams
  • Water – 200 Grams
  • Flour – 700 Grams
  • Baking powder – 2 Teaspoons
  • Cinnamon – 1 To taste
  • Nuts – 1 To taste

Directions

  1. First, mix all the ingredients, except for nuts and chocolate. Knead the dough. I recommend adding water last. My dough turned out to be too liquid, I had to add more flour.
  2. Form small rounds and bake in the oven at 175 degrees for half an hour. Leave to cool, sprinkle with nuts.
  3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath, pour cookies over it. We decorate with the remains of nuts.
  4. That’s it! No eggs, no milk, but such a delicious cookie!
