Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g cheese (hand cheese - Harzer Roller)
  • 150 g processed cheese
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, add the chopped hand cheese and let it melt as well. Then add the processed cheese and sour cream, stir well and heat everything until a creamy mixture is formed. Season with caraway seeds and, if desired, nutmeg.
  2. It tastes best while still warm on fresh dark bread!
  3. The recipe is also very suitable for the microwave. The ingredients should then be at room temperature.
