Coq Moutarde

Summary

Wash the (thawed) chicken and pat dry. Apply the mustard evenly. Season with salt and pepper and then sprinkle generously with the paprika until the mustard looks slightly reddish. Put the whole thing on a chicken roaster / stand in the oven and add a coffee mug filled with water. Bake the whole thing at 180 ° C for about an hour.
