Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 cans tomato (s), (pizza tomatoes)
  • 1 packet tomato (s), happened
  • 500 g mushrooms, (fresh)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 bottle Cremefine, for cooking or other cream substitute
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion and fry in hot olive oil until translucent. Then add the meat and fry it. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and the garlic. Deglaze the whole thing with the pizza tomatoes and the strained tomatoes. Add a teaspoon of sugar as well as cayenne pepper and paprika powder, stir and simmer for a good 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. After the 30 minutes add the mushrooms and the drained corn kernels to the pan and let simmer. After 20 minutes stir in the Cremefine and bring the soup to the boil.
  3. We like to eat baguette slices with it.
