Corn Porridge with Melted Cheese and Boiled Eggs

A simple, quick, and satisfying meal of the available products is unsweetened corn porridge with melted cheese and boiled egg pieces. Thanks to the addition of melted cheese, corn porridge is very tender and aromatic.

Ingredients

Corn groats – 150 g
Butter – 30 g
Processed cheese – 70 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Ground curry – 1 pinch
Dried thyme – 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Pour the eggs with water and cook for 10 minutes after boiling. Then cool the boiled eggs by pouring cold water.
  2. Pour 3.5 cups (700 ml) of water into the cauldron, put on fire, and bring it to a boil.
  3. Salt boiling water and pour corn grits into it. Stir occasionally, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Then cover the cauldron with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
  5. Cut the butter and processed cheese into small pieces.
  6. Peel the cooled boiled eggs and cut them into arbitrary pieces.
  7. Put spices, pieces of butter and melted cheese in corn porridge, stir and let it brew under the lid for about 5 minutes.
  8. Corn porridge with melted cheese and boiled eggs are ready to serve.
