- 1 onion (s)
- 3 tablespoon sour cream
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise, or miracle whip
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- salt
- pepper

- Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar and plenty of salt and pepper. It really has to be a lot of salt and pepper! Chop the onion and add it with the corn.
- Let rest for approx. 1 hour and, if necessary, season again with sugar, salt and pepper.
- The recipe is really very simple. I have to prepare this salad for every barbecue.
