Ingredients

  • Lamb`s lettuce, (few handfuls)
  • 4 tablespoon oil (grape seed oil)
  • 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, (more acidic)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, hotter
  • 1 teaspoon cassis, (more if you like )
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon, dried
  • 5 teaspoons pine nuts, (roasted in a pan without fat)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the lamb`s lettuce.
  2. Mix other ingredients well. Sprinkle pine nuts either in vinaigrette or later over salad.
  3. First of all, be careful with the cassis, season to taste again and again.
  4. If necessary, add more mustard (depending on how hot the mustard is).
  5. Mix the salad with the vinaigrette.
