Ingredients

  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 medium onion (s), cut into fine rings
  • 4 medium tomato (s), diced
  • 250 g corned beef, diced
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • water
  • vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the onion, tomatoes and meat carefully. Mix the mustard and oil with a little water and vinegar (as desired) and fold into the salad.
  2. Eighth or slice the eggs and use them to garnish the salad. If necessary, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
