Ingredients
- 3 handfuls Cornelian cherries per 0.75 liter schnapps
- 1 handful rock candy, white, depending on the desired sweetness
- 0.5 stick ½ cinnamon
- 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s), slit open
- 0.75 liter ¾ schnapps (double grain, 38%)

- Clean, wash, pat dry the Cornelian cherries and prick several times. The stone remains in the fruit.
- Then fill into a larger, clean, sealable glass. Add rock sugar, cinnamon stick and vanilla pod. Top up with double grain. Close the jar and shake well.
- The liqueur must rest for several weeks before it is filtered out. Shake again and again in between. Fill the finished liqueur into bottles.
