Ingredients

  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 80 g flaked almonds
  • 80 g corn flakes
  • 20 wafers

Instructions

  1. Put sugar and egg white in a saucepan, stir and heat. Add the almonds and simmer briefly, stirring constantly. Take the pot off the stove and let everything cool down for about 10 minutes. Then fold in the corn flakes. Form small heaps with a teaspoon and place on the wafers.
  2. Bake at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes.
