Original sweets made from cornflakes and chocolate! Crunchy and chocolatey! Light, quick to prepare, and very interesting in taste, they resemble waffle crumbs.
Ingredients
Black chocolate – 175 g
Corn flakes (without additives) – 100 g
Coconut oil – 17 g
Directions
Prepare the foods you need to make the chocolates. I took 2 bars of chocolate: 56% cocoa – 85 g and 68% – 90 g. Take “pure” flakes, without flavorings.
Break the chocolate and place it in a metal bowl. Add coconut oil.
Place the bowl in a water or steam bath. The chocolate and butter should melt quickly enough. Do not let water get into the chocolate mass.
Break the corn flakes with your hands or crumb them into small pieces.
Add the melted coconut butter chocolate to the crumbled cereal.
Stir.
Using a teaspoon, place small sticks of candy on a piece of parchment or silicone mat, making sure to keep them as tall as possible. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
