Ingredients
Apple (large) – 1 pc.
Cottage cheese – 250 g
Butter (softened) – 100 g + for form preparation
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Sugar – 250 g
Flour – 160 g + for preparing the mold
Vanilla sugar – to taste
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Powdered sugar (optional), for decoration – to taste
Directions
Add vanilla sugar to the sugar, mix.
Beat soft butter with half of all sugar.
Rub the curd through a sieve and add to the butter. Beat everything.
Turn on the oven and heat it to 180 degrees (top-bottom mode). Beat eggs lightly with salt.
Add the remaining sugar to the eggs and beat for about 10 minutes, until fluffy.
Add the beaten eggs to the curd-butter mass. Mix gently with a spatula.
Mix flour with baking powder.
Adding flour in parts, mix the dough until smooth.
Peel and core the apples. Cut the apples into thin slices.
Prepare a baking dish: grease with butter and sprinkle with flour, shake off the remaining flour.
First, put half the dough into the mold.
Put half the apples on the dough. Then the other half of the dough. And again apples, slightly deepening them into the dough.
We bake the cottage cheese pie with apples in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled cake with icing sugar.
