Light, juicy, and very tasty curd casserole. If you can’t feed your homemade cottage cheese, make a carrot and cottage cheese casserole. Indifferent should not remain!
Cook:40 minutes
Servings: 6
Ingredients
Fat-free cottage cheese – 250 g
Medium carrots – 1 pc.
Apple – 1 pc.
Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Vanillin – 0.5 teaspoon
Salt – 1 pinch
Egg – 2 pcs.
Raisins – to taste
Honey (can be replaced with sugar) – 1.5 tbsp
Directions
If you use sugar, then mix it not with cottage cheese, but beat it with cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and eggs.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater.
Mix all the ingredients in one container (cottage cheese with honey + egg mixture + carrot, apple, and raisins).
I used silicone molds, as they are very easy to remove the casserole from. We spread the curd mass into tins, put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes. We take out and delight our relatives)
Bon Appetit!
