Cottage Cheese-Apricot Jelly

Today, dear readers, I want to share with you one of the many options for making jelly – from cottage cheese and apricots. Cooking curd jelly with fruit is not at all difficult, the main thing is to arm yourself with the necessary kitchen tools, such as a food processor and blender.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 250 grams
  • Apricots – 10 pcs.
  • Gelatin – 30 grams
  • Milk – 250 grams
  • Sour cream – 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar to taste

How to make curd jelly with apricots:

Directions

  1. Place the cutting knife attachment in the food processor and add the curd and sour cream to it.
  2. Add sugar.
  3. Close the lid and chop the curd until it becomes a homogeneous consistency.
  4. Wash the apricots and remove the pits.
  5. Pour milk into a blender.
  6. Place the apricots in the milk and beat until airy foam forms.
  7. Pour the apricot milkshake into the curd mass.
  8. Dissolve the gelatin with warm water and mix until smooth. Then pour it into the curd-milk mass and beat everything well.
  9. Pour the jelly into molds and send the curd jelly to the refrigerator to cool. Garnish the curd jelly with apricot wedges before serving.
