Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 80 g butter or mararine
  • 80 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon milk

For covering:

  • 500 g quark
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 275 g suar
  • 0.5 ½ cup oil
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 2 small can Mandarine (s)
  • 1 pack cake icing, course

Instructions

  1. Make a batter from the ingredients above and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. For the topping, mix the quark, eggs, sugar, oil, cream and vanilla pudding and spread on the dough. Spread the drained mandarins evenly on top.
  3. Bake the cake at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 30 minutes and then let it cool down completely.
  4. Prepare the icing according to the instructions on the packet and distribute it evenly on the cooled cake.
