An excellent recipe for cottage cheese casserole with apples, currants, and strawberries.

Ingredients
Cottage cheese – 300 g
Sweet apple – 1 pc.
Strawberry – 100 g (to taste)
Black currant – 100 g (to taste)
Egg – 1 pc.
Semolina – 1 tbsp
Yogurt (or sour cream) – 2 tbsp
Sugar to taste
Vanillin – on the tip of a knife
Directions
Break the egg, separate the whites from the yolk. Add semolina to a bowl of egg white. Mix. Leave to swell for 10-15 minutes.
Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Wash the apple, peel, and grate on a coarse grater. Add the apple to the curd.
Mix everything thoroughly (you can use a blender). Wash the berries. Strawberries can be cut into pieces.
Add a mixture of egg white and semolina to the curd mixture with apples. Then add sugar, vanillin, yolk, and yogurt or sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly.
Grease the form with vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour. Put the curd dough in a mold, flatten. Then spread the prepared berries in one layer. Put the remaining curd mass on top.
Place the dish in the oven on a medium level. Cook cottage cheese casserole with apples and berries at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Remove the casserole from the oven and let cool.
Cottage cheese casserole with apple and berries is ready. We recommend serving the casserole with jelly or uzvar.
