Cottage cheese casserole and apples stewed with cinnamon – delicious, nutritious, and healthy!

Ingredients
Cottage cheese – 400 g
Apples – 2 pcs.
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Bread crumbs – 2 tbsp
Butter – 40 g
Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Ground cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon
Sour cream (optional, for serving) – 4 tbsp
Directions
Wash, peel, and core the apples. Cut apples into cubes.
Melt 30 g of butter in a frying pan, put apples there, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add sugar and cinnamon to the stewed apples.
Stir, heat for another minute, and remove the pan from heat. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Drive eggs into a bowl of curd. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Add stewed apples. Mix.
