Cottage cheese casserole with apples and semolina is always tasty, simple, and healthy! It turns out such a casserole is tender, light, and surprisingly tasty. We prepare all the necessary ingredients for the apple-cottage cheese casserole without flour.
In a convenient container, mix the cottage cheese with sugar and drive the eggs into them. Using a blender, bring the mass to a homogeneous state. If there is no blender, the curd can be grated through a sieve, so it will be without lumps.
We turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Peel the apples and grate them. Add 5 tablespoon to the curd mass. tablespoons of semolina and grated apples. Stir and set aside for 20 minutes, the semolina in the curd mass should swell.
Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
