  • Semolina – 2 tbsp
  • Cherries, frozen or fresh – 12-15 pcs.

For the dough:

  • Flour – 60 g
  • Cocoa powder – 1.5 tbsp
  • Butter – 30 g + for greasing the mold
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Water – 1 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar – for decoration

  1. For the chocolate dough, combine flour, sugar, salt, and cocoa.
  2. Add the grated butter and crush with your hands. Add 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of cold water.

  3. Collect the dough into a lump, wrap in plastic wrap, and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Mix cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg. Add sour cream and grind into a homogeneous mass. Add semolina, mix well, and leave for 20 minutes.
  5. Cover the baking dish with parchment, grease with a little oil. Put the curd mass into the mold. Put the cherries (pitted) on top of the cottage cheese, press in slightly.
