Ingredients

  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 500 g quark, curd cheese or layered cheese
  • 50 g semolina (durum wheat), liht or whole rain
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoon raisins
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into cubes. Heat in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of honey and the raisins. Season with the cinnamon. Let cool down.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees). Spread the butter on a flat, heat-resistant dish. Spread the apples with the raisins in the pan.
  3. Separate the eggs. Put the egg yolks with the butter and sugar in a bowl and whisk creamy with the whisk of the hand mixer. Mix in the quark, honey, vanilla sugar, a little cinnamon and semolina.
  4. Beat the egg whites with clean whiskers until stiff. Put it under the curd mixture and spread it over the apples.
  5. Bake the casserole in the oven on the middle rack for about 40 minutes, until it is nice and brown.
