Cottage Cheese Casserole with Pasta and Apples

Recipe for tender pasta and cottage cheese casserole.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 250 g
  • Boiled pasta – 200-250 g
  • Apples – 0.5-1 pcs.
  • Sugar – 2-3 tbsp
  • Eggs – 1 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 4-5 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil for lubrication

Directions

  1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.
  2. Add sugar and eggs. Mix.
  3. Peel the apples and chop finely.
  4. Add pasta and apples to the curd, mix.
  5. Cover the form with foil and grease with oil. Layout the curd mass.
  6. Grease with sour cream. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Cook the casserole for 20-25 minutes. Cool the curd casserole in the oven.
  7. Cottage cheese casserole with pasta and apples is ready.
