This delicious and easy-to-prepare pineapple curd casserole will become a favorite for your whole family!
Cook: 10 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
Cottage cheese – 400 g
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Canned pineapple – 1 can (23 rings)
Semolina – 3 tbsp
Cocktail cherry – 30 g
Salt – 1 pinch
Butter – for greasing the mold
Directions
Put the canned pineapple rings in a colander so that all the liquid comes off them. Lubricate the baking dish inside with butter and cover with baking paper, as shown in the photo.
We spread the bottom of the form with pineapple rings. Put the cocktail cherry into the holes of the pineapple rings. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until firm peaks. Beat the yolks in a separate bowl.
In a bowl, mix the yolks, cottage cheese, semolina, add the whipped whites. (If you add sugar, do so at this stage.) Gently mix all the ingredients in the casserole.
Place the dough in a baking dish on top of the pineapples. We send the casserole to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
We take out the finished curd casserole from the oven, let it cool in the form for 4-5 minutes. Turn the form over, covering it with a dish or plate, and put the casserole on the dish.
Ready-made cottage cheese casserole with pineapple is good both hot and cold.
Bon Appetit!
