Cottage Cheese Casserole with Raisins and Sea Buckthorn Jam

The casserole is very simple and always turns out to be delicious, since the Cottage cheese casserole cannot be different!) I usually do not add sugar, so I like it, and such a cottage cheese casserole with sea buckthorn jam is yummy! It was also sweet for those who love it sweeter!) Enjoy!

Cook: 1 hour 1 minutes

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 500 g
  • Egg – 2 pcs.
  • Semolina – 80 g
  • Raisins – 100-150 g
  • Vanillin – 1 sachet
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Soda – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Sugar – to taste (who needs it, sweeten it)

Directions

  1. Mix cottage cheese + semolina + yolks + raisins. Let it stand for 30 minutes (this time it was less – I really wanted to eat :)).
  2. Add whites, whipped with salt, vanillin, soda.
  3. Put the resulting mass in a baking dish and send the curd casserole to the oven for 30-45 minutes until a beautiful golden color.
