Cottage Cheese Casserole “Zebra”

Delicious and very fragrant cottage cheese casserole with semolina, which can be easily cooked in the oven. Undoubtedly, the appearance of the pastry is important, so we will prepare the curd casserole according to the same principle as the popular Zebra pie.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 500 g
  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 5 tbsp
  • Semolina – 4 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoon heaped spoons

Directions

  1. Grind the curd through a metal sieve. Beat the eggs with a whisk and add to the curd.
  2. Pour sugar there, pour out the milk, and mix. Add semolina and mix with a whisk or blender.
  3. Divide the curd mass in half and add cocoa to one half. Stir and leave for 20 minutes. If the dough is thick, pour in another 50 ml of milk and mix.
  4. Pour 1-2 tablespoon into a silicone mold. tablespoons of chocolate mass, then the same amount of white mass. We continue in the same way until the curd mass ends. We send the curd casserole to the oven (temperature – 180 degrees) for 30 minutes.
  5. Zebra curd casserole is ready. Remove the Zebra curd casserole from the mold and serve.
