Cottage Cheese Cupcake with Apples

To the delight of children, to the delight of adults, I tell you how to make a cottage cheese cake with apples! These are amazingly tasty and delicate pastries that are perfect for home gatherings with hot tea!

Cook: 2 hour

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Flour – 300 Grams
  • Sugar – 180 Grams
  • Butter – 150 Grams
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Curd – 400 Grams
  • Honey – 3 Art. spoons
  • Baking powder – 3 teaspoons
  • Cinnamon – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Ground cloves – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Apples – 3 Pieces

Directions

  1. Rinse the apples and cut into slices, removing the core from them. The peel can be removed, but not required (optional).
  2. Sift flour with baking powder and spices. We mix.
  3. Beat butter with sugar until a homogeneous air mass is obtained.
  4. Whisk in the egg yolks one at a time. Stir the honey and cottage cheese. Combine both masses by gently mixing them.
  5. Add whipped egg whites and blocks separately. Stir, place the dough in a baking dish. Bake for 60 minutes at 180 degrees.
