Today I want to share with you a delicious cottage cheese dessert. Behind a simple and affordable recipe, there is an amazing taste of delicate cottage cheese, dairy cream, and white chocolate. The delicacy is completed by the most delicate biscuit waffles.

Ingredients
Cottage cheese – 250 g
Cream 33-35% – 250 ml
Powdered sugar – 100 g
White chocolate – 100 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Sugar – 40 g
Vanilla sugar – 5 g
Flour – 40 g
Vegetable oil – for lubricating the mold

Fresh mint
Directions
Whisk 250 ml of chilled cream with a fat content of 33-35% with powdered sugar (100 g) until soft peaks – the mass should increase in volume. As soon as a clear trace of the whisk is visible, the mass is whipped. The main thing is not to over-beat, otherwise, the cream will exfoliate.
Add 250 g of cottage cheese to the cream. I pre-grated it through a sieve for a more delicate structure. Whisk lightly with a mixer to combine the curd and cream. You can do this with a spoon or a spatula so as not to over-beat.
Melt 100 g of white chocolate in the microwave in short pulses for 10-15 seconds, stirring each time. Pour the cooled chocolate into the prepared mass and mix with a spatula. We cover with cling film and send it to the freezer until completely solidified.
Cooking biscuit waffles. Beat 2 eggs with 40 g of sugar and 5 g of vanilla sugar in a strong foam.
Add flour (40 g) in several steps, stirring gently with a spatula.
We fill silicone wafer molds. Can be greased with vegetable oil. We bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C until tender. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer or focus on the external “tanned” look.
The waffles are very soft and tasty, and together with the cottage cheese dessert, it is a pleasure.
