Cottage Cheese Donuts

The recipe for cottage cheese donuts is a bit greasy but very tasty 🙂

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 250 g
  • Wheat flour – 1.5 cups
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 2 cups
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Combine all listed products, except for vegetable oil, and knead the dough. Roll the dough into small balls and deep-fry the curd donuts until golden brown.
  2. Sprinkle cottage cheese donuts with powdered sugar when serving.
