Ingredients

For the gnocchi:

  • 400 g quark, drained well, possibly also ricotta, oat cheese or natural cream cheese
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, mixed, frozen or fresh seasonal garden herbs
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Also:

  • 80 g cheese, rated, e.., Sbrinz or Parmesan
  • some butter, in flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together except for the grated cheese and butter and let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Use a spoon or piping bag to add dumplings to boiling salted water. Let the dumplings steep for 3 - 4 minutes.
