Cottage Cheese Muffins in the Microwave

Curd muffins are a great breakfast dish or a healthy dessert that will take you a few minutes to prepare! Such cottage cheese dumplings are prepared in the microwave, and they taste like classic cheesecakes

Cook: 8 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 100 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 1-2 tbsp (to taste)
  • Semolina – 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder – on the tip of a knife
  • Vanillin – on the tip of a knife
  • Salt – on the tip of a knife
  • Chocolate (for serving) – 20 g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, sugar, salt, vanillin, and baking powder.
  2. Mix the combined ingredients thoroughly with a spoon, grinding into a homogeneous paste.
  3. Pour semolina into the resulting curd mass. Stir again.
  4. Divide the resulting curd dough into silicone muffin molds, filling each mold no more than 2/3 full. I got 4 pieces.
  5. Cook the curd muffins in the microwave at 800 W for 3 minutes, then leave them in the switched-off microwave for 2 minutes, then cook for another 2 minutes at the same power.
  6. Remove the finished curd muffins from the molds and place them on a plate. Muffins are easy to extract from silicone molds. If desired, ready-made curd muffins can be poured with melted chocolate, sprinkled with powdered sugar, served with jam or condensed milk.
