  • 200 g pasta (croissants)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Fry the zucchini cubes in the butter in a pan. Remove from the heat and add the cottage cheese, herb quark, chives and cream. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Cook the noodles al dente. Then fold the pasta with the Emmentaler into the mixture.
