Cottage Cheese Rolls with Chocolate, Walnuts and Dates

Cottage cheese rolls stuffed with chocolate, walnuts and dates are delicious and aromatic pastries that the whole family will appreciate. Delicate shortcrust pastry and rich filling give baked goods an incredibly rich taste. Try to cook.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 5% – 180 g
  • Butter – 150 g
  • Sugar – 130 g
  • Flour – 330-350 g
  • Chocolate – 100 g
  • Walnuts – 80 g
  • Dates – 50 g
  • Baking powder – 3/4 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Melt the butter and cool.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, cottage cheese, salt and baking powder.
  3. We mix.
  4. Pour in melted butter.
  5. Knead the non-sticky dough.
  6. Peel the dates and cut them into small pieces.
  7. Grind the nuts.
  8. Grind 30 grams of chocolate.
  9. Divide the dough into two parts.
  10. Roll the first part into a circle. With the help of a plate, make the circle even.
  11. Cut the circle from center to edge into 12 segments.
    We turn on the oven so that it warms up to 170 degrees.
  12. Put nuts and dates on the triangles.
  13. We fold each triangle with a roll, starting from the wide edge.
    We spread the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or oiled and sprinkled with flour.
  14. I rolled out the second part of the dough thinner, and the circle turned out to be larger.
  15. We divide the circle into 12 sectors.
  16. We spread the remaining nuts and chopped chocolate. We also roll up with rolls.
  17. We spread the cottage cheese shortcrust pastry rolls on a baking sheet. We send to the oven and bake at 160-170 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  18. Allow the finished cottage cheese rolls with walnuts, dates and chocolate to cool completely.
  19. Melt the remaining chocolate over low heat or in the microwave.
  20. Decorate the cooled bagels with chocolate.
