Cottage Cheese Sweets

Cottage cheese sweets are like small cakes that are prepared without baking and taste like homemade curd cheeses.

Ingredients

  • Fresh cottage cheese – 400 g
  • Cookies – 150 g
  • Powdered sugar – 1-2 tbsp
  • Lemon zest – 1 teaspoon.
  • Butter – 45 g
  • Coconut flakes – 30 g
  • Walnuts – 30 g
  • Chocolate – 30 g

Directions

  1. To make sweets from cottage cheese, put fresh cottage cheese (any fat content) into a deep container, add lemon zest (if you don’t like it, you can skip it), softened butter, and mix with a mixer, blender, or fork.
  2. Add powdered sugar (to taste) and crushed cookies. Mix again with a blender. The base is ready.
  3. We rub the chocolate on a fine grater, we also grind the walnuts.
    Now let’s start forming sweets. Take the curd dough with a spoon and roll up a ball. The dough does not stick to your hands, so making balls is very convenient. Too large curd candies should not be made.
    And we dip the ball into any of the sprinkles – chocolate, walnuts, or coconut.
  4. We send sweets from cottage cheese to the refrigerator for a while.
