Cottage Cheese Sweets with Cookies

From cottage cheese, cookies, chocolate, and coconut, you can make such cute sweets. Curd sweets with cookies are tender and tasty, and they are prepared very quickly and without using a stove!

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 250 g
  • Loose biscuits – 140 g
  • Sugar – 50 g or to taste
  • Chocolate – 30 g
  • Coconut flakes – 15 g

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary products. From the specified amount, I got 20 sweets.
  2. We combine cottage cheese and sugar. The amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the cookie. I added 50 g.
  3. Mix cottage cheese with sugar with an immersion blender or mixer so that the sugar dissolves.
  4. We grind the cookies into crumbs in any way convenient for you. I chopped the cookies in a stationary blender.
  5. Add chopped cookies to the cottage cheese with sugar.
  6. Mix well until smooth.
  7. From the resulting mass, we form balls (the weight of each ball is about 20 g).
  8. Rub the chocolate on a coarse grater.
  9. Roll half of the balls in chocolate and half in coconut. If chocolate or coconut flakes do not adhere well to the surface, you can quickly dip each ball into cold water for a second immediately before rolling.
  10. We got such cottage cheese sweets with cookies!
