Ingredients- 2 packs quark
- 250 ml cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 glass morello cherries, if desired also 2

- Drain the cherries in a colander and collect the liquid. Mix the quark and cream, then add cherry juice to the quark until the desired consistency is achieved. Add sugar and stir vigorously. Finally fold in the cherries.
