Ingredients

  • 500 ml cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 1 kg quark
  • 200 g suar
  • 2 small Can (s) tangerine (s), drained
  • 700 g biscuit (s) (shortbread biscuits)

Instructions

  1. Whip the whipped cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener and chill.
  2. Put the quark in a bowl and stir together with the sugar until creamy. Fold in the whipped cream. Fold in the mandarins (put some of them aside for decoration). Crush the biscuits (put them in a mortar or freezer bag with a rolling pin).
  3. You can fold in the crushed biscuits or - this is how I do it - layer the curd mass as follows: biscuits, curd mass, biscuits, curd mass. Finally, smooth out and decorate.
  4. Chill for a few hours and then serve.
  5. It tastes best when you let it steep at least overnight. Then the biscuit mass is nicely softened and the taste has developed really nicely.
