Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 250 g quark
- 250 g applesauce
- some sugar
- some Milk

- Mix the yogurt and quark together in a bowl.
- Add a little milk and stir with the whisk until everything is nice and creamy. Add sugar to taste and stir a little more.
- Pour half of the quark cream into a large bowl, layer half of the applesauce on top, top with the rest of the quark cream and finish with the remaining applesauce.
