  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with 250 g sugar until frothy, then mix in 250 g flour and baking powder. Put the batter on a baking sheet.
  2. Put 400 g flour with 250 g sugar and the butter in a bowl and knead with your hands. Then crumble on the bottom so that you can hardly see anything of the dough. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C.
  3. Finally, distribute 250 ml of cream on the hot cake, sprinkle 2 sachets of vanilla sugar and some powdered sugar on top. The cake tastes even better 2 days later because the cream is really well absorbed.
