Ingredients

  • 700 g minced meat, mixed
  • 400 g mixed veetables (corn, peas, carrots)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 packs mashed potatoes or homemade mashed potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 packet cheese (Grana Padano), grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, dice it and sweat it in a saucepan with heated oil until it is lightly brown. Add the minced meat and roast until it is nice and crumbly, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the vegetables in salted water until soft and strain. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions.
  3. Now put the meat in layers first, then the vegetable mixture and on top the mashed potatoes in a casserole dish and add salt or pepper again if necessary. Finally, distribute the grated cheese on the puree and bake at approx. 210 ° C for about 20-30 minutes.
  4. When a nice, golden crust has formed, it`s done. Take it out, serve, eat, done!
  5. You can also serve fresh seasonal salad.
