Country Style Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes (large) – 5-6 pcs.
  • Butter – 80 g
  • Garlic – 5 cloves
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Mozzarella cheese – 50 g
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Parsley – a few sprigs
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Before cooking baked potatoes in a village-style, we prepare all the necessary products.
    The potatoes must be boiled in advance, but not until cooked, but so that they are about 80% ready. Let the potatoes cool down a little so that it is more convenient to work with them.
  2. We cut the potatoes with an accordion, without bringing the knife to the end of the tubers.
  3. We wrap each potato in a foil boat.
  4. Cooking a shaving sauce. Melt butter in the microwave or in another convenient way. We rub both types of cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the parsley. Squeeze the garlic through a press.
  5. Add finely chopped herbs, grated cheese, chopped garlic, a pinch of salt, black pepper and sour cream to the melted butter. Mix well.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Now we coat each potato with fragrant butter and cheese, trying to get the shaving brush into the cuts.
  7. We put potatoes with cheese in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
  8. Baked potatoes with cheese and garlic look great and smell delicious! And the taste is simply incomparable!
