Pork with potatoes is always a delicious “classic”. Meat and potatoes are pre-marinated in a sauce of mayonnaise, spices, and herbs and baked in the oven. As a result, we get a delicious dish for lunch or dinner without unnecessary hassle and fuss.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
Potatoes – 500-550 g (5 pcs.)
Pork – 600 g
Mayonnaise – 50 g (2 tablespoons without a slide)
Mustard (ready-made seasoning) – 5 g (1 teaspoon)
Ground turmeric – 4 g (1 teaspoon)
Provencal herbs – 6 g (1 tablespoon)
Ground paprika – 5 g (1.5 teaspoon)
Salt – 5 g (0.5 teaspoon)
Ground black pepper – 5 g (2 teaspoon)
Fresh greens (for serving) – to taste
Directions
Peel the potatoes, wash them, dry them, and cut them into wedges. Dry the potatoes with a paper towel.
Wash and dry the meat with a paper towel. Cut the meat into pieces the size of potato wedges.
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, Provencal herbs, turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Add half of the marinade to the potatoes. Stir and marinate for 30 minutes.
Add the second half of the marinade to the meat, mix and also leave for 30 minutes. 15 minutes before the end of the marinating time, turn on the oven to heat it up to 190 degrees.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper for baking. Put the marinated meat on one half of the baking sheet, and potatoes on the other. We place it in an oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake for 55-60 minutes until the meat is cooked.
We serve hot pork with potatoes as a separate dish, garnished with fresh herbs.
Enjoy your meal!
