Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon slices until crispy. Fry the eggs in a little butter to make scrambled eggs, lightly salt. Cut the toast rolls open and toast them. Brush the lids with cream cheese. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  2. Then cover the rolls as follows: Spread the scrambled eggs on the underside, then bacon, then tomato slices, salt and pepper and cover with the lids with cream cheese.
