Ingredients

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 ½ cup boiling water
  • 200 g rocket
  • 150 g tomato (s) (date tomatoes)
  • some butter
  • some seeds (e.g. sunflower, pumpkin, )
  • Sesame or other seeds
  • some olives, black, possibly dried
  • some sea salt
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 1 dash olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put the couscous in a container with a tightly fitting lid. Add a piece of butter, a little salt and then the boiling water and stir. Pull the whole thing and let it cool down.
  2. Chop the rocket and tomatoes and add the kernels, seeds and olives as desired. Mix in the couscous, add a little oil and season with lemon juice and salt.
