Ingredients
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 ½ cup boiling water
- 200 g rocket
- 150 g tomato (s) (date tomatoes)
- some butter
- some seeds (e.g. sunflower, pumpkin, )
- Sesame or other seeds
- some olives, black, possibly dried
- some sea salt
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 dash olive oil

- Put the couscous in a container with a tightly fitting lid. Add a piece of butter, a little salt and then the boiling water and stir. Pull the whole thing and let it cool down.
- Chop the rocket and tomatoes and add the kernels, seeds and olives as desired. Mix in the couscous, add a little oil and season with lemon juice and salt.
