- 200 g couscous, instant
- 1 medium cucumber (s)
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 stick (s) celery
- 1 small Can corn
- 1 can tuna in oil
- Chicken broth or vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- Herbs your choice

- Let the couscous soak in the hot broth (amount according to package instructions). Dice the cucumber. Quarter the tomatoes and cut the celery into thin slices.
- Mix the couscous, chopped vegetables and drained corn and add the tuna with (!) The oil. Season everything well and let it steep for 1 - 2 hours.
