Ingredients

  • 200 g couscous, instant
  • 1 medium cucumber (s)
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 stick (s) celery
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • Chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs your choice

Instructions

  1. Let the couscous soak in the hot broth (amount according to package instructions). Dice the cucumber. Quarter the tomatoes and cut the celery into thin slices.
  2. Mix the couscous, chopped vegetables and drained corn and add the tuna with (!) The oil. Season everything well and let it steep for 1 - 2 hours.
