Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 45 g couscous, dry
  • 1 leek
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sambal oelek
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese 9% fat
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • some basil, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Clean, core and cut the peppers. Clean the leek and cut into rings. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices.
  2. Fry the vegetables in 2 teaspoons of oil and stir in a little Sambal Oelek. Add the couscous, fry briefly and deglaze everything with the vegetable stock. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the couscous is cooked through.
  3. Then stir in the cream cheese and basil and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
