Ingredients

  • 1 kg pear (s), soft
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 125 ml milk
  • 100 g chocolate, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 5 tablespoon oat flakes (delicate kölln flakes)
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • some cinnamon
  • some nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the pears and remove the core. Make a batter from the other ingredients. Pour 2/3 of the batter into a springform pan. Gently press the pears and pour the rest of the batter over them. Bake in the preheated oven for about an hour at 190-200 degrees on the lower shelf.
