Ingredients
- 1 kg pear (s), soft
- 150 g butter
- 150 grams sugar
- 3 egg (s)
- 300 grams flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 125 ml milk
- 100 g chocolate, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 5 tablespoon oat flakes (delicate kölln flakes)
- 1 tablespoon rum
- some cinnamon
- some nutmeg

- Peel and halve the pears and remove the core. Make a batter from the other ingredients. Pour 2/3 of the batter into a springform pan. Gently press the pears and pour the rest of the batter over them. Bake in the preheated oven for about an hour at 190-200 degrees on the lower shelf.
