Crab Meat Patties

Ingredients

  • Crab meat – 600 g
  • Fresh potatoes – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 clove (optional)
  • Bread – a loaf of bread
  • Raw egg – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

  1. Grind crab meat, potatoes, bread, onions, garlic in a meat grinder. Add raw eggs to the resulting mass.
  2. Grind the cheese on a fine grater, add to the resulting mass.
  3. Knead the minced meat by adding flour, mayonnaise and salt.
  4. Form patties. Fry crab cutlets in vegetable oil in a preheated pan.
